Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and therapy sessions with clients, employing evidence-based practices to formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain thorough and accurate electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training to enhance therapy methods and clinical skills.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients and participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and challenges.

• Utilize appropriate therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy to address client issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting therapeutic interventions as needed to best support client growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW license in the state of New Jersey.
\n
• At least three years of post-licensure clinical experience, providing psychotherapy to individuals.

• Experience with CBT and Psychodynamic Therapy techniques.
\n
• Ability to demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity when working with diverse populations.

• Possession of professional malpractice insurance.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
