The role involves analyzing, planning, and executing product strategies while working with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.The Specialist, Product Management supports the Network Facilities Solutions (NFS) Product Team in delivering optimized, automated, and data-driven analytics and solutions that enable Comcast’s Network, Facilities, Field teams, and Business Partners.This role partners closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to support product execution, roadmap delivery, and day-to-day product operations. Our innovative teams are continually developing and delivering products that transform the customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Conducting market research to identify customer needs and industry trends for product development.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.Managing the product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and post-launch activities.Creating and maintaining product roadmaps to guide development and prioritize initiatives.Monitoring product performance and gathering feedback to identify areas for improvement.Preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate product progress and outcomes to stakeholders.Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
