Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Telemetry

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering treatment, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health.
• Administer medications and manage treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Active Ohio nursing license or compact state license in hand at the time of submission.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required and must be current.
• One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required.
