Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate complex scheduling, travel itineraries, and site-visit logistics for the CEO.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO, board members, project managers, subcontractor partners, and owner-clients.
Assist in formatting proposals, compiling project milestone reports, and organizing contract documentation or permits.
Prepare agendas and take actionable minutes for executive and stakeholder meetings.
Manage expense reports and maintain digital filing systems.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 3+ years supporting senior executives, with prior exposure to construction, real estate, or project-based industries preferred.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with construction management.

Discretion: High integrity and strict confidentiality in handling sensitive financial, commercial, and personnel data.
