NC FAST Salesforce Developer

Job Summary (List Format) Salesforce Developer (Child Welfare Solutions):
- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform for Child Welfare programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (business analysts, product owners, end-users) to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Customize and configure Salesforce, including objects, fields, workflows, and platform features, to meet specific business needs.
- Develop and maintain Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Conduct unit testing and support quality assurance processes to ensure robust solutions.
- Track and manage development tasks and workflows using Jira Scrum and Kanban boards.
- Participate in requirements analysis, system design, and impact analysis to align technology solutions with business goals.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and user manuals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform debugging, and respond to production incidents.
- Monitor application performance and proactively suggest and implement optimizations.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to ensure ongoing system performance and compliance.
- Participate in technical committees, governance meetings, and peer reviews to ensure adherence to standards and quality.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and organizational policies and remediate vulnerabilities as required.
- Mentor team members and enforce approved methodologies and procedures.
- Prepare project plans, effort documentation, and resource projections as needed.
