Job Title: Press Brake Operator Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team in a dynamic and industrious machine shop environment. The position involves operating press brake machinery and requires the ability to read and interpret machining blueprints. This is a daylight position with hours from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, extending to 4pm when busy, totaling 50 hours per week.
Responsibilities

• Operate press brake machinery with precision and efficiency.
• Read and interpret machining blueprints to guide your work.
• Bend and press metal according to blueprint specifications.
• Work independently to meet production goals.
• Ensure quality and accuracy in all fabrication and fitting processes.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 1 year experience operating a Press Brake.
• Proven experience in an industrial machine shop environment.
• Ability to read and understand machining blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Skills in welding, blueprint reading, and metal fabrication.
• Experience with fitting processes in a machine shop.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Verona, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
