Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Machinists (manual and/or CNC) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing precision parts and components by operating and manual and/or CNC machines. Candidates with experience in either manual machining or CNC machining are encouraged to apply. Willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate manual and/or CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and other machining equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to produce accurate parts.
• Select and install appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining operations.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure precision and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished parts to verify accuracy, using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• 1 year previous experience as a Machinist or CNC Machinist is required.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of machining techniques, materials, and tooling.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools.
