CNC Machinist

Machinist / CNC Machinist Location: New Kensington, PA Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Machinists (manual and/or CNC) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing precision parts and components by operating and manual and/or CNC machines. Candidates with experience in either manual machining or CNC machining are encouraged to apply. Willing to train the right person. Responsibilities: Set up and operate manual and/or CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and other machining equipment. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to produce accurate parts. Select and install appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining operations. Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure precision and quality. Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools to ensure optimal performance. Inspect finished parts to verify accuracy, using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications: 1 year previous experience as a Machinist or CNC Machinist is required. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
