Essential Functions

• Lead and support the daily activities of the Accounts Receivable team.
• Assist with workload distribution and monitor the timely completion of daily tasks.
• Research and resolve homeowner account issues, payment discrepancies, and customer inquiries.
• Process homeowner payments, ACH applications, account adjustments, and credits.
• Prepare bank deposits and ensure the timely and accurate posting of payments.
• Maintain accurate homeowner account records within the accounting system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve account-related issues.
• Assist management with process improvements, cross-training initiatives, and the documentation of departmental procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Three years of accounting experience in a high-volume environment
• One year of supervisory or team lead experience
• Customer service experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong data entry, organizational, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Vantaca accounting software
• Accounts Receivable experience
• Community association management industry experience preferred

• Ability to read printed materials and computer screens accurately for extended periods.
• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and through written communication.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry files, mail, and office materials up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and finger movements for typing and data entry.
