Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care in family medicine, including chronic pain management.
• Ensure chart closure within 72 hours of patient visit.
• Maintain a minimum of 18 patient encounters per day.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioners must have a furnishing license with Schedules II.
• Active DEA required before starting.
• APCs require 3+ years of experience in a similar setting.
• Completion of relevant immunizations is mandatory.
• BLS certification required.

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
