Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

A fantastic opportunity awaits in a busy outpatient clinic setting focusing on family medicine. As a Nurse Practitioner, you'll be at the forefront of patient care, managing a diverse range of cases including chronic pain management. Enjoy the regular schedule, working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, treating a mix of pediatric and adult patients.

Job Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care in family medicine, including chronic pain management.
Ensure chart closure within 72 hours of patient visit.
Maintain a minimum of 18 patient encounters per day.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

Nurse Practitioners must have a furnishing license with Schedules II.
Active DEA required before starting.
APCs require 3+ years of experience in a similar setting.
Completion of relevant immunizations is mandatory.
BLS certification required.

Working Hours

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills

Strong clinical skills in family medicine and chronic pain management.
Ability to handle a diverse patient demographic, including both pediatric and adult populations.
Proficiency in maintaining detailed and timely patient records.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
