Assistant Project ManagerThe Assistant Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple construction projects from cradle to grave, while ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and according to company safety policies and procedures. We're looking for reliable and hard-working individuals that take pride in their work.DescriptionManage multiple construction projects from cradle to graveOversee project design alongside design team to ensure accuracyDirects performance of contractsPrepares estimates and budgets along with estimatorField supervision to ensure daily goals and schedulesCoordinates daily work effortsSubcontractor ManagementChange order managementMonthly reporting including budget and scheduling reportsWorks closely with superintendent, estimator, client, field staff, and subcontractors to ensure project completion on time and on budget in a safe mannerRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred2+ Years' construction management experience.OSHA 30 and Procore certificationsMicrosoft Office and Primavera scheduling software experienceAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong organization and communication skillsAbility to work within a team environment and meet project milestonesStrong time management and leadership abilities are a plus
