Sales Specialist - Retention (Fully Remote)

Full-time Customer Loyalty Representatives work from home. Kick off your SaaS career with a mission-driven team. Day to Day: Handle inbound cancellation calls and retain customers. Make outbound calls regarding failed subscription payments. Identify upsell opportunities for Aura's identity protection solutions. What You Bring: 1-2 years of sales/retention experience with a track record of meeting metrics. Natural communication skills and self-motivation. Strong business acumen and teamwork. Hourly rate of $18/hour plus targeted commission of $15,000/year. Estimated total compensation of $52,000-$56,000 annually. Generous health, wellness, retirement, and parental leave packages.
