Retention and Sales Specialist

Owning the retention process for premium programs, the full-time remote Retention and Sales Specialist will manage high-value retention conversations, oversee external sales partnerships, and design structured retention experiments to enhance customer loyalty and reduce churn. Key responsibilities Run retention calls for complex cases and establish standards for team members Own the commercial relationship with external sales agencies, including performance metrics and contract management Design and implement structured retention experiments to assess and improve retention strategies Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in retention, customer success, or customer-facing sales, with a proven track record of improving retention metrics Experience managing external agencies or vendors against performance standards Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with tools like Airtable and Google Sheets Strong understanding of retention strategies in a high-ticket sales environment Experience with online learning platforms and a personal interest in personal growth and development
