Inventory Clerk

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized inventory clerk support our manufacturing department in Miami. The InventoryClerk will be responsible for assisting with the procurement of materials and supplies necessary for our manufacturing operations. This role requires solidcommunication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

salary: $15 - $16 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Assist with the procurement of materials and supplies needed for production.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and place orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Coordinate with other departments such as production, warehousing, and accounting to fulfill purchasing requirements.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
