Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Arizona SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in pediatric speech therapy, especially within school settings
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to fostering student growth and communication skills
• Comfortable supervising SLPAs and collaborating on intervention plans

Your Impact:

• Deliver assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for a diverse caseload of 70 elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct therapy services onsite, addressing expressive and receptive language, articulation, fluency, and related needs
• Supervise and support 2 Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), each assigned for one day per week
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in line with compliance and school policies
• Engage with families and educators to provide resources, strategies, and updates on student progress
