Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Holds a current Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY considered)
• Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings preferred
• Expertise in delivering speech services for elementary-age students
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
• Open to both local and travel candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 70 students, providing high-quality speech, language, and communication therapy
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans within the educational environment
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Supervise and coordinate with SLPAs, who assist one day per week each
• Complete required documentation, progress monitoring, and participate in IEP meetings
• Split time between two elementary schools, offering continuity and variety in your daily work
