As a School Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll play a crucial role in a vibrant educational setting, serving two elementary campuses and making a positive difference for approximately 70 students.

This full-time, onsite position is ideal for both experienced SLPs (CCC required) and Clinical Fellows seeking hands-on mentorship. You’ll enjoy consistent support from dedicated SLPAs on your caseload, with each assistant onsite one day per week to enhance the quality of services. We warmly welcome candidates open to travel placements, providing a unique opportunity to bring your expertise to a new community.

What You'll Bring:

• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in process of CFY
• Experience with pediatric and/or school-based caseloads
• Ability to collaborate effectively with SLPAs, teachers, and families
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for students

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement personalized IEPs, documenting progress
• Consult and collaborate with educational teams and families
• Supervise and guide SLPAs in delivering services
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to case management
