Registered Nurse - Full Time - Night Shift

Role Overview The Registered Nurse provides individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients, utilizing theoretical knowledge to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care according to standards of practice. The position involves floating across multiple facilities within a regional footprint, serving diverse units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU. Responsibilities Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, perform clinical assessments, and adapt to various clinical environments. Maintain current licensure and certifications, and meet physical demands such as patient handling and mobility tasks. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), current RN license, and recent bedside experience (minimum one year for Med/Surg, two years for specialized units). Certifications include BLS; NRP required for Women's Health. Epic experience is preferred. Key Duties Provide safe, quality care across multiple hospital units, adapt to dynamic work environments, and contribute to patient outcomes.
