Registered Nurse - Inpatient, Medical-Surgical, Full-Time Nights

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Medical/Surgical Role & Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, coordinate care, ensure patient safety, document care activities, and deliver compassionate, mission-aligned care. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN) Active RN license in Missouri or a compact state Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or within 30 days of hire) Preferred: BSN, prior hospital experience, or specialty certifications Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and assist patients safely Key Duties: Care coordination, documentation, patient safety, and compassionate support for adult patients with conditions like infections, obstructions, and pneumonia.
