Salary Range: $45- $48 an hour on W2/C2C

We are seeking an experienced AI Tech Lead with strong expertise in Python, LangChain, LangGraph, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI to lead the design and development of enterprise AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership experience, a deep understanding of NLP and AI architectures, and hands-on experience building scalable AI applications and intelligent agent workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and provide technical direction to a cross-functional AI development team .
• Define technical strategy, architecture, and implementation approaches for AI and GenAI projects.
• Design and develop scalable AI applications using Python, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, and Agentic AI .
• Drive the complete lifecycle of AI solutions from requirements and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and production support .
• Design and implement RAG pipelines including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, ranking, and context generation.
• Develop agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems using LangGraph and related frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Establish best practices for code quality, testing, version control, CI/CD, security, and deployment of AI applications.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, models, and tools and identify opportunities for continuous innovation.
• Guide the team in developing robust NLP, knowledge graph, and intelligent decision-making solutions .
• Design integrations with enterprise data sources, APIs, vector databases, and NoSQL/Graph databases.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support cloud deployment and productionization of AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of software/AI development experience with strong technical leadership.
• Expert-level Python development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph .
• Proven experience designing and implementing RAG-based applications .
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Agentic AI / AI Agents .
• Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) .
• Experience designing AI workflows, orchestration, and intelligent decision-making systems.
• Understanding of multi-agent architectures and systems .
• Strong understanding of AI application architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices for AI/ML applications.
• Experience with NoSQL and GraphDB / knowledge graph technologies .
• Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices, code quality, testing, and deployment.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP .
• Experience with vector databases and embedding technologies.
• Familiarity with automated decision-making systems.
• Experience working with Product Managers and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AI/ML testing frameworks and evaluation methodologies.
• Experience with emerging GenAI tools, frameworks, and foundation models.
• Experience with knowledge graphs and GraphDB implementations.
• Blockchain knowledge is a plus.

Preferred Certifications

• AWS/Azure/GCP AI or Cloud certifications.
• AI/ML or Generative AI certifications are a plus.
