Staff Accountant

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Staff Accountant to join our growing team. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations Prepare and review monthly financial statements for multiple entities Maintain general ledger accuracy and supporting documentation Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Track and reconcile multiple accounts and transactions Support budgeting, reporting, and cash flow management Process accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed Work directly with management to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies File monthly builders risk insurance reports Assist in loan draw requests and preparation of budgets and reporting to lenders Assist with annual tenant reconciliation billings Assist with other accounting tasks when team members are absent such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping and/or accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles Advanced Excel skills preferred Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines without constant supervision Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Professional communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
