Vice President - Sales (Data & Analytics)

We are seeking an accomplished Data & Analytics Practice Sales Leader to drive our data and analytics business. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing strategic client relationships, and co‑creating transformative data solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep industry expertise, strong solution‑selling experience, and a consultative, client‑focused approach. Key Responsibilities: Own and exceed sales targets for the data and analytics practice across designated regions or accounts. Engage with senior client stakeholders (CIOs, CDOs, CTOs) to understand business challenges. Collaborate on solution design by leveraging the organization’s data capabilities. Solution Development Partner closely with pre‑sales, delivery teams, solution architects, and industry SMEs. Shape compelling proposals and develop end‑to‑end data solutions. Collaborate with practice leads to develop and execute go‑to‑market plans. Align service offerings with client needs, industry trends, and company strategy. Account Growth Identify and expand opportunities within existing accounts. Drive cross‑selling and upselling of data solutions such as cloud data platforms, data governance, advanced analytics, and AI/ML initiatives. Partnership Management Build and strengthen strategic relationships with technology partners (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks). Enhance joint offerings and pursue co‑selling opportunities. Qualifications 15+ years of experience in technology sales, with 7+ years specifically in data & analytics consulting or platform sales. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota targets. Deep understanding of the data & AI lifecycle, including data engineering, data science, cloud data platforms, governance, and AI/ML. Demonstrated ability to co‑create solutions with clients, including facilitating discovery sessions and ideation workshops. Strong executive presence and consultative selling capabilities. Hands‑on expertise with modern enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, and agile analytics environments. Education Qualification Master’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, Sales Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
