Senior IT Business Analyst

Salary: $93,000 - 133,000 per year Requirements:

• Experience managing IT projects and developing business requirements
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and respond constructively to direction, feedback, and editing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with CCS and Legal staff
• Excellent command of English grammar, punctuation, and writing conventions
• Ability to understand stakeholder needs quickly and translate them into requirements
• Logical, analytical, detail-oriented approach, with sound judgment in reviewing, categorizing, prioritizing, and analyzing data
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Balsamiq, Azure DevOps, and SQL scripting
• Ability to receive and understand information through oral communication, hear normal conversation, and maintain close visual acuity for data analysis, transcription, computer work, reading, and visual inspection
• Preferred: Bachelors degree in a related field and 10 or more years of relevant experience

• Define and help implement application functionality, requirements, and industry standards accurately
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for program operations and the self-service portal
• Coordinate portal maintenance and support, representing agency interests
• Develop detailed business requirements and system documentation
• Help CCS prepare portal user training materials, including screenshots and guidance
• Develop and execute test plans; support user acceptance testing and data preparation
• Participate in portal enhancement projects throughout the project lifecycle, from definition through evaluation
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support timely, successful deliverables
• Fulfill data requests as needed
• Support production activities, system enhancements, and testing
