HR Generalist LOCATION Fort Worth, Texas | Hybrid COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE $65,000-75,000 annually Full-time Hybrid work schedule W-2 employment JOB DUTIES Manage payroll processing accurately and on schedule while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Administer employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, status changes, benefits administration, and leave management. Support recruitment efforts through job posting coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate selection support. Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management, policy administration, and employee development initiatives. Generate HR reports, maintain HRIS data integrity, and support employee engagement, training, wellness, and recognition programs. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4+ years of Human Resources experience, including payroll and leave administration. Strong knowledge of ADP, employment laws, HR policies, and employee relations practices. CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS ADP HRIS and Payroll Systems Microsoft Office Suite Benefits Administration Platforms Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) HR Reporting and Analytics Tools PREFERRED SKILLS Experience leading or supporting change management initiatives. Strong problem-solving abilities with sound judgment and decision-making skills. Professional communication skills with a customer-focused approach and high level of discretion.
