Guest Experience Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for someone with great energy who genuinely likes being around people.

As a Guest Experience Host, you’ll help keep the vibe smooth during busy service — managing the line, talking with guests, helping direct flow, and jumping on handheld orders when things get slammed. You’re basically the bridge between the line and the FOH team.

This is a high-energy hospitality role for someone who’s friendly, quick on their feet, and knows how to keep things positive under pressure. If you’re the type of person who can talk to anyone, stay calm in chaos, and make waiting in line feel fun, you’ll fit right in.

• Keep the line organized and flowing during busy rushes
• Welcome guests and create a great first impression
• Answer questions, communicate wait times, and help direct guests
• Work closely with the FOH team during peak hours
• Read the room and jump in where support is needed
• Take handheld orders to help move the line faster
• Help maintain a fun, upbeat atmosphere during service

• Is outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking to strangers
• Thrives in fast-paced environments
• Can stay calm and positive when it gets busy
• Is proactive and team-oriented
• Actually cares about hospitality and guest experience
• Is reliable and shows up ready to work

Bonus Points If You

• Have restaurant, café, retail, or event experience
• Have used POS or handheld ordering systems before
• Love fast-paced service and busy environments
• Bring personality and good vibes everywhere you go
