Quality Assurance Coordinator

Responsibilities Assign tasks related to release, live/quota entries, FDA/FWS, scrolling, voids/deletes, voluntary entries. Mandate mandatory compliance with customs, OGA laws and FedEx Express expectations. Analyze documentation to determine Harmonized Tariff Number, special tariff treatment, NAFTA, reduced duty rates, mandatory mandatory mandatory mandatory and ensure all government regulations are followed. Submit mandatory mandatory mandatory mandatory information electronically and complete classification of imported merchandise, determining tariff classification and associated duty rate. Calculate entered value using t/b and FedEx systems; contact customers to resolve classification questions or obtain mandatory mandatory mandatory government documentation. Process release and classification of each aged shipment after obtaining missing info or documentation or move to proper queue. Answer inquiries by FedEx Express and its customers regarding clearance status. Access the internet, FedEx systems, customer databases, spreadsheets and manifest scrolling. Analyze and research unapplied cash and non-payments using accounting systems (ODQ) and mainframe application 74; adjust FedEx accounts as requested.
