Description - Your Role Embodied

• Evaluate results with keen attention to accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and conduct preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection activities and prepare samples for testing when necessary.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, participate in training new team members or students, and assist in maintaining the highest quality standards in the lab.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation benchmarks.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree that supports ASCP/AMT certification readiness.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained within the first year of employment.
