What You’ll Do

As the Conference Center Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the success of events from start to finish. You’ll be the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, helping them plan and execute their events seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assisting clients with information on facilities, services, pricing, and availability.
• Scheduling and conducting facility tours for prospective clients.
• Preparing proposals, estimates, contracts, and event documentation.
• Following up with leads to encourage bookings and maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinating event details, including room setup, catering, audiovisual needs, and more.
• Communicating event requirements to internal teams and assisting with on-site event support as needed.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, businesses, and community groups.
• Supporting social media, email marketing, and other sales initiatives.
• Participating in community outreach and promotional activities to increase bookings.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who is organized, professional, and customer-focused. The ideal candidate will bring:

• 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, event planning, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A friendly and professional customer-service approach.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple clients, events, and deadlines.
• Proficiency with email, calendars, spreadsheets, and standard office software.
• Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends based on event schedules.

Compensation and Schedule

• Starting Wage : $18.10 per hour, DOE (Depending on Experience).
• Schedule : Part-time, approximately 15–25 hours per week, depending on business needs and event schedules. Occasional evenings, weekends, or additional hours may be required.
