Project Manager - Corporate Real Estate

Our CompanyBrightSpring Health ServicesOverviewThe Real Estate Project Manager will work on projects related to the execution of commercial and residential construction or alteration projects through all phases of a project’s lifecycle including, but not limited to, soliciting RFP’s, structural and architectural phases of construction plans, specifications, estimates and schedules, and will be responsible for the overall management, budget, control, and coordination. The role will report directly to the Executive PMO with a dotted line to the Director of Corporate Real Estate.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, lead, and manage multiple construction and renovation projects simultaneouslyManage all aspects of capital projects including: plan and determine appropriate scope and budget; Ensure scope and plans are adhered to; Maintain and meet schedules; Monitor progress and costs; Review and approve change orders; Meet deadlines; Obtain lien releases; Process draw requests, reimbursement submissions and project closeoutsFacilitate communications with Contractor, Architect/Engineer, and StakeholdersConducting detailed weekly reporting and progress meetings using project management software and ExcelDetermines, monitors, and reviews all project economics to include project costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, project resources, and project riskFormulates contingency plans to address schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, fund allocations, and work requirementsControls project requirements, scope, and change management issuesMeets with management, sponsors, and project teams to review project scope/progress and resolve project issues. Develops, proposes, and negotiates project proposals, quotations, and add-ons to leadership and project teamMatrix manages cross-functional suppliers (i.e. internal teams, outsourced partners, contractors, third-party consultants) in delivering solutionsQualificationsBachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree is a plusPMP certification is a plus Prefer three to five years of Project Management experience related to Real Estate and/or Construction High level of analytical and problem resolution skills with high attention to detail, organization, timeliness, and accuracyAbility to effectively and professionally communicate (verbal and written) with all levels of personnel, both internal and external, in the company including at an executive levelStrong multi-tasking abilityKnowledge/ experience with project management software toolsSelf-motivated to take charge and assume responsibilityAbility to work both independently and in a team environment.Proven ability to successfully handle potentially 20+ projects at various stages during same periodTravel up to 10%About our Line of BusinessBrightSpring Health Services provides complementary home- and community-based health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
