Supply Chain - Subcontract Administrator - Level 2

Who You Are: Member of Global Supply Chain (GSC) Honeywell team as a Subcontract Administrator supporting Production, Sustainment, and development contracts related to F-35 requirements. Responsibilities Prepare requests for proposals. Evaluate subcontractor proposals related to production and/or sustainment. Assist in developing cost/price analysis. Negotiate terms and conditions. Create and document purchase orders and contracts. Maintain purchase orders. Manage contractual delivery schedules to align with program demands. Conduct cost analysis support. Understand procurement activity under FAR and DFARS guidance. Communicate across multi‑functions and multi‑level platforms. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Experience in supply chain management, procurement, or purchasing. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Desired Skills Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or DFAR. Experience handling multiple tasks with competing priorities. Experienced communicator; comfortable interfacing with Executive Senior Leadership. Experience collaborating effectively across multiple functional areas. Experience negotiating terms and conditions and pricing. Business acumen to solve complex problems and make business based decisions. Procurement experience within aerospace technologies or similar industry. Experience working independently and in a team environment. Experience with Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP). Location: Fort Worth, TX. Type: Full‑Time. Shift: First. Clearance Level: None.
