Hello, We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced elder care provider to assist our family in Warminster, Pennsylvania. This is a part-time position Saturday and Sunday ONLY for 8-9 hours each day. Our family member has had Alzheimer’s disease for over 10 years and is now at the end of his life. He is not fully bedridden but cannot stand well and requires hands-on assistance with transfers. The ideal caregiver must be physically strong and experienced with lifting and transferring (bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to bathroom, etc.). Responsibilities include: Assisting with transfers and mobility Changing briefs/Depends Sponge bathing, washing body, shaving, and full personal hygiene Feeding and mealtime assistance Administering medications as directed Providing attentive, calm, and respectful hospice support Light household tasks related to care, including laundry of linens, washing dishes, and maintaining a clean care environment Requirements: Comfortable with personal care and hands-on assistance Patient, gentle, attentive, and emotionally mature Able to safely lift and assist with transfers The pay rate is $25.00 per hour.
