The Woodlands, TX, United States | req33318 What you will enjoy doing* Youwill provide support to the Accounts Payable Manager, ensuring a highlevel of support and understanding of all aspects of accounts payableduties Supportmonth-end and year-end close activities, including account reconciliations,reporting, accrual support and audit requests as needed UnderstandERP(SAP) system in all aspects of Accounts Payable, not limited to invoiceprocessing, Payment processing, reporting as well as general workingknowledge of Procurement processes In addition,you will support various types of accounts payable processes including butnot limited to invoice verification, expense report validation and reviewof related payments, while having a thorough understanding of accounts payable policies(signature matrix for approval thresholds, Travel and Expense and CompanyCredit Card policies in particular) Worksclosely with others to provide internal support for Concur Travel & Expense,as well as external support for vendors Preparesaccount reconciliations of vendor driven GL’s to comply with accountingrequirements and reports as requested by upper management and general APrequirements Partnerswith and provides instruction as needed to AP support team in India aswell as working closely with other AP team members in the office Supportscompliance with all accounts payable policies, controls and checks andbalances Review,validate and process vendor invoices in SAP. Initiate and follow up on SAPworkflow invoice approvals in a timely manner to ensure timely payments tobe made via ACH and Check Lastlyyou will support the Finance and Accounting team along with businessrequests as they arise What makes you great Youwill have a high level of accounts payable working knowledge 6+years’ experience in an accounts payable setting 2+years’ experience in expense report validation experience, includingtravel and entertainment policy compliance Inaddition you will have effective computer skills including Microsoftapplications with strong excel skills (pivot tables, Xlookup/Vlookup) SAP,and other company and discipline specific software applications Servingas a primary administrator for Concur Travel & Expense, includingemployee setup/termination, corporate card administration, technicalsupport, reconciliations, reporting, policy compliance and effectivecommunication skills both verbally and in writing Youwill have the ability to multi-task, reprioritize activities with awillingness to learn new skills Lastlyyou will be team-oriented with an ability to self-review with a focus ondetails Why you will love working with us Linde Engineering Americas (LEA) is a member of the Linde Engineering Division of Linde plc.
