Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)

Lee's Summit, MO Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM $16–$18/hr (based on experience)

About the Role

We're looking for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable on the phone to join our team in a customer-facing office support role. This position is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in keeping communication clear, handling inquiries, and supporting internal teams with project coordination and paperwork.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers
• Handle inbound and outbound calls (toll-free and direct)
• Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally
• Resolve questions and concerns
• Perform customer verification
• Route requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate team
• Track and document customer interactions, comments, and concerns
• Maintain and update customer records and databases
• Coordinate with internal departments and employees
• Support project approvals and paperwork processing
• Process payments (ACH, credit card, deposits, etc.)
• Use T-Mobile Dialpad for communication

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of phone-based customer service or administrative experience
• 1+ years working in a professional office environment
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
