Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year About Our Agency Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. Our office is located in Raymore, MO. Our office is open 8:30 - 5:30. I have been a State Farm agent since 2009. We currently have 4 team members at our agency. We have 21 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
