In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records while fostering a positive relationship with our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Training in home sleep studies and CPAP setups will be provided.

Responsibilities

·  Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of client services.

·  Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.

·  Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date customer records.

·  Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling calls professionally and courteously.

·  Process cash handling transactions with accuracy and integrity.

·  Provide ongoing support to customers by answering questions and resolving complaints in a timely manner.

·  Collaborate with team members to improve delivery service and enhance overall customer experience.

·  Maintain knowledge of products and services offered to effectively assist customers.
