Sales Operations LeadThe Sales Operations Lead will be responsible for being a liaison between GTM leadership, marketing and business development resources for GTM. This role will focus on facilitating marketing and sales efforts, managing lead generation and pipeline, optimizing and streamlining processes and executing activities that drive revenue and accelerate customer acquisition. The Sales Operations Lead partners closely with market and practice leaders to support lead generation, proposal development, CRM optimization. Responsibilities General pipeline management and reporting: work with assigned market and practice leaders to ensure the pipeline is up to date and opportunities are progressing through the sales process.Monthly business development & marketing meetings: coordinate and direct monthly business development and marketing meetings for defined regions with various stakeholders. Prepare agendas and track action items.Lead management: act as a key point of contact for lead generation routing and tracking. Ensure leads are routed to the appropriate market and practice leaders and properly documented in the pipeline.Proposal Support: assist market leaders, practice leaders, and other managing directors with the preparation of proposals and RFP responses.HubSpot Support & Administration: ensure data in CRM is accurate and updated, manage CRM user access, manage lists within CRM, provide CRM training/support to end users, and implement new CRM functionality.Prospect outreach: proactively follow up with prospects after key activities and events (e.g., event attendance, website visits, content consumption, current news, etc.) to generate qualified leads.Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldA Master’s Degree is preferred but not requiredA minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations with a strong knowledge of sales and marketing processes, methodologies, pipeline management, and best practicesProficient with marketing automation tools and CRM software, prior experience with HubSpot is a plusExcellent communication skillsExemplary time management and organizational skills High attention to detail and level of accuracy High degree of tact, judgment and discretion Experience in Microsoft Office suiteHistory of successfully working with sales executives and/or C-suite level personnelPosition Reports to: Chief Growth Officer Position Supervises: NoneThe Chief Executive Officer has the discretion to hire personnel with a combination of experience and education that may vary from the above listed qualifications.This is to acknowledge that I have read and understand the above job description.
