Job Title: Medical Scheduler Location: Princeton, NJ Industry: Healthcare - Patient Scheduling / Call Center Pay: $20 - $23 / hour Benefits : This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). About Our Client Our client is a leading healthcare provider that operates a centralized scheduling hub for all their practice locations. Job Description The Centralized Medical Scheduler will manage high-volume patient scheduling, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and excellent customer service. This role involves working directly with patients who may be anxious or stressed, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls to schedule patient appointments. Utilize the scheduling system to accurately input and update information. Provide clear, empathetic communication to patients regarding scheduling needs. Qualifications Prior medical scheduling or insurance knowledge (preferred). Call center experience in medical scheduling (ideal). Strong phone-based customer service skills. Additional Details Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm Perks 4-week comprehensive training program. Supportive team with senior members actively involved in training.
