Responsibilities Resolve support tickets and answer inquiries related to the Terrestrial (TLS) division Communicate with customers via email, office phone, and after-hours phone Conduct remote troubleshooting sessions with the customer using TeamViewer for hardware and software issues Work directly with customers in-office to diagnose and troubleshoot system issues Participate in the after-hours support program Develop or update internal documentation and workflows for TLS system testing, installation, data acquisition, and data processing Log and update all relevant information in Salesforce Support TLS system testing for demos, training, or calibrations Qualifications GIS/ Remote Sensing background preferred Experience with customer support An interest in lasers and photonics Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills Travel to customer’s office/site when deemed necessary (Overall 5-10% travel expected) Proficient in using computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite with expert Excel skills, Adobe Suite, Internet, and web programming Interested?
