Licensed Practical Nurse Dayshift 6a-6p Thursday and Fridays

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse or other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
• Participate in staff development and training programs to stay current with industry best practices and regulations
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes resident comfort, dignity, and well-being

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in the state of Missouri
• 0 years of experience in a long-term care or short-term therapy setting
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 50 pounds
