Claims & Customer Service Associate
Connecticut Lottery
Connecticut Lottery Corporation (CLC) is recruiting for an Office Assistant in the Claims Division. The role provides direct customer service to Lottery players and assists with the accurate processing of prize claims, including verifications, documentation gathering, and check issuance.
On-site presence is required, with responsive support to staff and the public. The successful candidate will undergo training on Lottery products, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate, efficient service.
