Location: VENT Fitness – Latham, NY Status: Part-Time / Per Class Start Date: February 2026

We're on the hunt for a dynamic, certified Pilates Reformer Instructor who's ready to pioneer this flagship initiative. If you're passionate about transforming lives through mindful movement, this is your chance to create something special from the start-leading small-group classes and private sessions in a vibrant, supportive environment.

We're looking for an instructor who excels at inspiring diverse participants, from first-timers to elite athletes, with safe, innovative, and results-driven sessions.

• Deliver captivating Pilates Reformer classes for intimate groups (up to 6 participants), ensuring fun, safety, and progression for every level.
• Offer personalized modifications, cues, and advancements to keep everyone challenged and engaged.
• Conduct private or semi-private sessions as demand grows (flexible based on your schedule).
• Collaborate on program development, including class formats, flow, and enhancing the overall client journey.
• Keep the Reformer studio spotless, welcoming, and ready for action.
• Foster strong member relationships to drive program loyalty and expansion.
• Partner with club leaders on scheduling, client onboarding, and evolving the program to meet member needs.
• Embody VENT Fitness's commitment to excellence through top-notch communication and member-centric service.

• Valid Pilates Reformer certification from a recognized program (e.g., Balanced Body, Stott, Polestar, BASI, Peak, or equivalent).
• Proven experience leading group Reformer classes-bonus if you've built programs before!
• CPR/AED certification (or eagerness to get certified-we'll support you).
• Exceptional coaching skills with clear, motivating cues and the ability to adapt on the fly.
• Self-motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
• Genuine enthusiasm for Pilates, holistic wellness, and empowering others to achieve their best.
