What You’ll Be Doing Work a real mix of opportunities: cross‑sell and win‑back clients from our existing book, provided web and internet leads, and pipeline you build yourself through outbound calls, texts, and digital outreach. Own the full cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, close, with our licensed service team handling retention so you can stay focused on production. Work a structured call block and a weekly team cadence, so you always know where you and the team stand, and where to focus next. Ensure that the MBH Agency Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects. Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly. Responsible for accurate underwriting. Ensure all documents are received and signed by clients that have purchased insurance. Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry. Train & Roleplay with your team daily.
