Box Office Associate

Job Description Overview The Box Office Associate is responsible for providing excellent service to patrons attending ticketed events at Lisner Auditorium and other venues on GW's campus. Responsibilities include selling tickets using the Ticketmaster platform (TM1 Sales), assisting patrons who have issues with their tickets, answering questions and providing information in person and via phone and email regarding ticket prices, seating, parking, and other general information, assisting with ticket scanning and troubleshooting as patrons enter the venue, and maintaining a positive, professional manner with patrons and other staff. Minimum Qualifications Hold a high school diploma or GED Have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience Location Foggy Bottom, Washington, D.C. (on campus, Division of Safety and Operation) Hours and Schedule Up to 10 hours per week, evenings and weekends as needed. Salary $22.00–$25.00 per hour.
