This role plays a critical part in digitizing and organizing important documents with precision and efficiency. What You’ll Do This position consists of three core functions, with opportunities to rotate tasks throughout your shift: 1. Scanning (Core Responsibility – ~80%) Move prepped cartons to scanning stations (one at a time) Load documents into various scanning equipment (single sheets or batches) Ensure documents are scanned accurately Return materials in correct order to cartons Perform basic troubleshooting and cleaning of scanning equipment Primarily seated, with ~20% standing while feeding scanners 2. Quality Control (~10%) Review scanned images for clarity, completeness, and accuracy Ensure all documents meet quality standards before processing 3. Release & Indexing (~10%) Enter data and categorize scanned documents Prepare files for release to clients/customers Maintain accurate indexing for easy retrieval What It Takes to Succeed Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable with repetitive, high-focus tasks Ability to operate computers and perform high-volume data entry Basic troubleshooting skills (equipment/software) Ability to stay organized and maintain document order Work Environment Seated role with consistent use of hands for keyboarding and document handling Quiet, structured production environment Professional, clean workspace Dress Code Attire must be clean, professional, and appropriate for a workplace setting Why Join Us?
