Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of each patient's condition to formulate and implement evidence-based treatment plans that target both immediate and long-term rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and physical modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation, to enhance patient recovery.
• Continuously monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment approaches, self-management strategies, and the importance of adherence to home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and progress notes, adhering to industry standards and clinic policies to ensure compliance and effective communication among healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, facilitating referrals and consultations as needed.
• Build strong relationships with patients, providing ongoing encouragement and support as they navigate their rehabilitation journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. You will work with a diverse demographic, including active adults and seniors, focusing on personalized care that respects each patient's lifestyle and rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Solid understanding of human anatomy and physiology pertinent to physical therapy practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience

• Two years of experience in a clinical setting, with a preference for candidates familiar with outpatient care.

Compensation and Benefits
