Overview Florida grown roofing company, fast paced growing company in need of an Estimator in office to handle Residential and Commercial Estimates within the company. Are you detail oriented, analytical, and passionate about delivering accurate estimates? Join our team as an Estimator and play a critical role in our company's success! Responsibilities Prepare project details and prepare accurate estimates Analyze cost, materials and labor requirements Communicate with suppliers, contractor and internal teams to gather necessary information Maintain and update project documentation Go on job site to review the project and take roof measurements Manage multiple projects at one time Communicate with Insurance companies on Supplements Qualifications Experience bidding, estimating and managing projects from start to finish New/Re-Roofing experience 2+ Years construction estimating experience preferred Knowledge of Xactimate Strong organizational skills needed Sharp written communication skills needed Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word/Estimating Programs Must be able to prioritize and move projects forward in timely manner Benefits Competitive starting salary 401k Savings Plan Career advancement training This is an opportunity of a Lifetime!!!
