By thinking like an adversary and defending like a guardian, we help our customers stay a step ahead of threat actors.At CyberMaxx, we value humility, transparency, intellectual curiosity, and a customer first approach.We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Attorney with 3-7 years of experience to join our dynamic in-house legal team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in negotiating customer Master Service Agreements (MSAs), reviewing vendor agreements, managing ad hoc legal projects, handling customer contract disputes, addressing employee legal matters, and overseeing external law firms. Additionally, the Corporate Attorney will collaborate on corporate policies, including employee handbooks, remote work policies, and other legal documentation.Key Responsibilities:Negotiating Customer MSAs: Lead the negotiation, drafting, and review of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with customers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements while protecting the company's interests.Maintaining Company Contract Templates: Maintain and update all company corporate contract templates including MSA, NDA, BAA, independent contractor, restrictive covenant, and others.Reviewing Vendor Agreements: Review, draft, and negotiate vendor agreements, ensuring that terms align with company goals and legal obligations.Managing Ad Hoc Legal Projects: Take ownership of and manage various ad hoc legal projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external parties to achieve successful outcomes.Managing Customer Contract Disputes: Act as the primary point of contact for managing and resolving customer contract disputes, working closely with internal teams, external counsel, and customers to reach timely and effective resolutions.Employee Legal Matters: Provide legal guidance on employee-related issues, including employment contracts, employee disputes, terminations, and compliance with labor laws.Managing External Law Firms: Manage relationships with external law firms, ensuring that outside counsel provides timely, cost-effective, and quality legal services in line with the company's needs.Collaborating on Corporate Policies: Collaborate on corporate policies, including the employee handbook, remote work policies, and other workplace regulations.
