• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all procedures, train newcomers or students, and uphold quality assurance standards within the lab.
• Ensure a safe, clean workspace, always adhering to governing regulations and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for the ASCP or AMT certification.

Certifications

• Acquire ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your employment duration.
