The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
** Your specific duties will include: **
- Processing a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Performing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, as well as assisting with general ledger reconciliations.
- Utilizing J.D. Edwards software to enter financial data, track expenditures, and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Applying 10-key by touch skills to ensure rapid and precise data entry of financial information.
- Communicating effectively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve billing inquiries and maintain organized records.
** Required qualifications for the position include: **
- 1-3 years of AP/AR and General Ledger experience.
- 10-key by touch.
- Excellent organization & people skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
** Preferred qualifications for the position include: **
- 15,000+ keystrokes per hour.
- Experience using J.D. Edwards.
- Real estate or construction background.
** Pay Rate $** 23.00 per hour.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
