MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Successful Athletic Director experience, preferably at the high school level Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills Experience collaborating with coaches and administrators to develop a comprehensive athletic program Working knowledge of OHSAA rules and regulations Strong computer and technology skills Successful completion of BCI/FBI background check Current Ohio Administrative License preferred Prior administrative experience preferred Experience with educator evaluation systems preferred
