Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon12:00 AM - 08:00 AMTue12:00 AM - 08:00 AMWed12:00 AM - 08:00 AMThur12:00 AM - 08:00 AMFri12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out site-specific procedures, visitor processing, and/or access control activities for a healthcare location. Monitor lobby and reception areas, verify identification and credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent front desk presence and security-related awareness. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including contacting appropriate site personnel and/or emergency services when needed. Maintain accurate front desk logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant security-related information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Support employees, patients, visitors, and vendors with directions, check‑in procedures, and other front desk assistance while following location policies and confidentiality expectations. Minimum Requirements: Possess 5 or more years of security-related experience. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
